  By using the Property Search area, it is easy for you to find all those properties which meet your specific criteria. Simply by selecting information about the property, i.e., the country, property type, the area, price range, etc. from the drop down lists in the Property Search area; you will be able to view lists of properties which interest you, and, go on to examine explicate details about these properties. The properties listed on medhead.com are properties advertised for sale or rental in and around the Mediterranean.
  
  As you select options in the Property Search area the medhead.com map will display the areas specified.
  
  Each and every property listed can be seen translated into several languages.
• Can I find out what other people say or ask about a particular property?
  By registering with medhead.com, you will also be allowed to ask questions about any property and have a response appear on the site for all to see. You will also be able to see questions posed by other visitors to medhead.com.

Buying and managing Ad Spaces

• How can I show my property on medhead.com?
  First register with medhead.com by clicking on the Register link at the top right-hand-side of the page. This only takes a few minutes and as a registered user you will have access to our Members area where you can choose the best method of advertising your property with us. Whether you want to list only one property for only a few months or show hundreds of properties for longer periods, we have the Ad Space for you.
  
  When your property is published on medhead.com it can be seen in seven difference European languages so your target audience is greater than with sites which display the advert in only one or two languages.
• How can I get access to my properties listed with medhead.com?
  When you Login, you will see the Members toolbar displayed across the top of the page. From this toolbar, you can find options to:

  • Enter new property details or get access to your already listed properties.
  • Purchase and manage your Advertising spaces.
  • Consult and change saved searches, interesting properties and personal details.

  Remember to Logout when you have finished working on your properties.

Miscellaneous

• Will medhead.com remember me?
  By registering with medhead.com, visitors can have us remember who they are, remember the property searches they have made, have us remember properties of interest to them and have us send them regular updates on new properties on medhead.com which meet specific criteria.
• Are there any hidden costs?

  No, absolutely not.  Our standard Ad Space cost to the Individual is 125€ (euros) to advertise an individual property for one year.  This details of the property may be changed and updated as ofter as you feel necessary throughout the term of your advertisement.  The property may also be unpublished (not shown on medhead.com) for a time and then re-published later within the time period.
