The unit is a two minute walk to the beach or a five minute walk to the facilities at the Beachhouse where all Sunset Crest owners have access. There is a large pool, access to the beach, beach chairs and shade and a restuarant, bar, cocktail lounge and some of the best pizzas I have ever tried, I have not missed many meals.

Twenty five minutes from Gantley Adams International airport and if sport is your thing Golf is available at Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland as is tennis which is also available in Sunset Crest.

Close by one has high end dining from the world renowned Cliff and Tides to beach bars such as Surfside, Zaccios to more casual dining such as Peppenero and Lemongrass in the much enjoyed Limegrove Lifestyle Centre. All of the above other than the Cliff can be reached easily by foot.

The unit itself is a little stunner, perfectly maintained, well groomed and having made a few alterations the unit feels very open plan . There is wonderful privacy with the way the landscape is designed at the front and there is further room for "improvements" in one being able to put in a rear door and rear patio and even potentially even a deck at the front.

At the asking price this is the best value one bed unit in Sunset Crest.
