The apartment is in a good general state of repair and allows staff to be housed in excellent conditions.
The winery covers approximately 500 m2 over 3 levels, allowing winery work to be carried out with the use of gravity, thus enabling a gentler handling of grapes and wine.
With a total capacity of 2 400 hl in stainless steel, cement and fiberglass tanks, the winery is modern and very well equipped : tubular heat exchange system, crusher/de-stemmer, pneumatic press, temperature control…
The vineyard spreads over 18 ha of high quality rolled pebble soil.
The vineyard is meticulously maintained and almost entirely planted with noble varieties.
The 18 ha are fully equipped with drip irrigation, including 12 probe sensors which are linked up to software technology, thus ensuring perfect control of the water requirements of the vineyard.
Currently approximately 50 to 60 percent of production is sold in bottle for an average turnover of around 250K euros.
Around 30 percent of turnover is generated from onsite sales.
It should be noted that an installation of solar panels will generate a guaranteed revenue of 23K euros for the future owner over the next 10 years, accounting for a total of 230K euros which impacts on the sale price of the property.
