The house consists of two floors and downstairs you will find the hall, living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. On the first floor another 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. There is also a nice balcony.

The plot is approximately 1,600 m2 and there are many outbuildings such as the cellar, summer kitchen, storage and the former stables. In the garden many fruit trees.

Electricity and water are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house is heated with wood stoves. Connecting internet and/or telephone is no problem.

You will find Nagydobsza in the south of Hungary, in county called Baranya. In the village more than 600 inhabitants and the larger town is Szigetvár at a distance of 10 km. There are plenty of options for shopping, but also for going to a restaurant, sitting on a terrace, going to the (thermal) swimming pool, etc. Hencse (38 km) with an international golf course is also nearby.
