The house has no structural problems, but of course it gives you (a lot of) work. Consists of two rooms and the kitchen area. Bathroom still has to be realized.

The plot is 1,000 m2 and there is a cellar and some outbuildings.

Electricity and water are there. For drainage there is a connection to the septic tank. Connecting internet and/or telephone is no problem.

Csokvaomány is close to the national parks of Bükk and Lazberci. The village itself has all the local amenities and three shops.
The town Ózd (20 km) is nearby and here you find all bigger stores and supermarkets. Via road 25 it is then only 30 km to the border of Slovakia.

Ózd is a city with over 40,000 people. Around the city a hilly area with valleys and forests and great area for lovers of hiking and excursions.

The beautiful baroque city of Eger is about 45 minutes by car and offers all facilities. In this beautiful city not only all the stores you need, but especially the centre itself is worth a visit to see the beautiful Basilica and the castle. Also consider walking through the narrow streets in the inner part of Eger where you can find many restaurants and traditional local shops.

All in all a wonderful area for (mountain) walking, fishing, sightseeing, to see the beautiful scenery and visit cities.

House with a lot of work, but which you can renovate entirely to your own taste and idea.
