The house is in good order and in 2023 the water pipes were replaced, a new shower cubicle was installed and the window in the kitchen was replaced with plastic.

In the house the living room, 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and the (separate) toilet. Next to the house there is a barn for storage.

The plot is not very large with its 300 m2, but it does have the advantage of little maintenance.

Electricity and water are available. Gas can be connected from the street. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house can be heated with wood stoves. Internet and/or telephone can be connected.

You will find this house in the centre of Döbrököz. Döbrököz is a big village with 2,000 inhabitants and some shops, school, kindergarten, doctor and pharmacy in the village. Several foreigners also live here.

At more than 8 km you will find the beach and swimming pool of Gunaras and at 20-25 km the baths in Tamási and Igal. Great way to relax here. If you want to look for a bit more crowds, Dombóvár is not far. Is a town where you will find the larger retail chains, but also a hospital, schools and terraces and restaurant.

Döbrököz is located in a great area to enjoy the beautiful Hungarian life.
