The house is currently habitable and in reasonably good condition. The windows on the street side were replaced with plastic a few years ago. Everything is usable, but the house is not equipped with the most modern standards.

You enter the house through the hall and there is further the living room, dining room, two bedrooms, kitchen/kitchenette with utility room, bathroom and a cellar.

The plot is 3,535 m2 and in the garden there is a beautiful 100-year-old barn which separates the garden from the arable land behind it, which is planted with poplars. There is a well in the garden.

Electricity, water and gas are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house can be centrally heated with a gas central heating, but the wood-burning stove can also be used. Telephone and/or Internet are no problem.

South of Dombóvár and in the corner of Sásd, Kaposvár and Dombóvár you will find Csikóstottos. Around 1000 inhabitants live in Csikóstottos, but you can easily do your daily shopping here and there is a doctor, pharmacy, a pub for some food and drinks, a post office and a bank. For more extensive shopping you can go to one of the larger cities in the area.

The area is hilly and there are lots of forests. Enjoy cycling and walking here. There are also plenty of opportunities for fishing and hunting. For (wet) relaxation there is the Gunaras beach and bath in Dombóvár (7 km), and you are 17 km from the thermal bath of Magyarhertelend. In the summer you can also go to the lakes of Orfü (20 km) where you can also enjoy a drink on a terrace or go to a restaurant.

For a bit more culture, you can go to the city of Pécs. With a 30-40 minutes you can already be there.

The house needs work, but you can move in quickly and the shed can be a plus. Many opportunities.
