There are 2 levels, the upper contains the 2 bedrooms including the master bedroom, with a shared bathroom for the two bedrooms and also a guest WC. On this level are the open plan living and dining space and kitchen, all with 180º ocean and
island views including Friendship Beach, St. Hillare, La Pompe and Mustique
The lower level comprises a third bedroom with en suite bathroom, storage space and a
laundry room.

living room with the great feature of a high, wooden beamed ceiling. This room is kept nice and cool by ceiling fans, along with large sliding doors which open out onto a great sized verandah where there are wonderful ocean views.
