Half an hour to Grantley Adams International Airport, five minutes to Holetown where one can enjoy fine dining at restaurants such as The Cliff or Tides or enjoy a more casual experience at a beach bar such as JUJUs or across the road at Limegrove entertainment centre with its numerous eateries, high end shopping, bars , cigar caves and cinemas.
If you like the active life there is of course waterspouts a plenty as well as tennis in Holetown, golf five minutes away at Sandy Lane or a little further at Royal Westmoreland. 
Even the ever lively south coast is only twenty minutes away on a bad day.
The house itself , located in close proximity to the now famous CIN CIN restaurant is located on a small cliff or bluff about twenty feet above sea level but steps descend to a wonderful sandy beach which almost feels private in design.
There is parking for two cars at the front and one enters along a side corridor which is cut from the road by a gate and high wall so once one passes in the gateway the sound of the sea can be enjoyed and the buzz of the road is left far behind.
One enters the building through the side by the kitchen which is well presented and is a galley style, behind that is the laundry room and guest WC but walking to the beach direction one is greeted by the TV nook and  deck which again leads to the lower deck where the jacuzzi is located and the gate and steps to the beach. There is a great feeling of space and one can enjoy the beach and the views from either deck.
Up stairs on the middle floor the bedrooms are all ensuite and all have fans and a/c. They are well appointed with coral rendering giving a lovely tropical feel and marble and non slip tiles are well located.
The largest bedroom is of course the master bed located with its own balcony overlooking the decks, beach and sea below.
The top floor s spectacular with a bar and entertaining area indoors that exits to a thirty foot long sun deck or moon deck depending on the individual and offers stunning ocean views.
This property is an ideal holiday home, little outside maintenance in way of gardens but plenty of space for entertaining or just relaxing. If renting is a requirement then this property is already a great income generator and the owners would be happy to release the rental book.
