Even in some travel guides Aldea 3 appears as a place of interest, just walking along the public road that divides the residential complex into the lower part and the upper part is already worth the trip. As the owner, of course, you will have access to all the small doors and gates throughout the complex. Through stairs and winding paths, past the varied vegetation with numerous palm trees, fruit trees and colorful plants, there is something new to discover on every evening walk. All floors, squares, corners, edges and curves are different, nothing is the same - that is what the architecture of star architect Petro Otzoup does in Aldea 3 and is praised no less in press articles.
The apartment was planned as a restaurant area before its construction in 1973, but it was built as an apartment at the request of the community of owners, so it has special dimensions, a height of ceiling and a large terrace facing south.
The terrace captivates with its view over the pool in the large bay to Santa Ponsa, the Malgrats Islands or simply to the open sea. During the day you can enjoy the bustle of the boats at sea and the expanse, which is enhanced by the pool lighting at night, just wonderful.
For a change or to cool off, there are two swimming pools in the complex. The larger of the two has a children's pool, it is heated if necessary and is located directly in front of the terrace - with one jump you are in the water. Kids play in the pool and you can always take a look at your charges.
Inside, you are greeted by the rustic charm that makes Mallorca and the apartment so attractive.
The kitchen has a practical worktop that leads to the dining area. Both from the dining table and from the sofa in the adjoining living area you can enjoy the wonderful views of the sea.
On hot days, the loggia with a shaded kitchen invites you to linger. It is accessed from the left of the two large bedrooms, each of which has space for at least 2 beds, windows with mosquito protection and built-in wardrobes.
The bathroom was completely renovated a few years ago and is equipped with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, a towel radiator and a hanging toilet. The adjoining guest toilet was also renewed at the same time, as were all the water pipes.
The gross living area is approx. 98 m², plus the loggia of approx. 8.69 m², the terrace of approx. 28.70 m² and the storage room/storage room of approx. 6 m².
