The house consists of two floors. You enter the hall and then on the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and pantry, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet. Via the stairs you reach the first floor on a spacious landing and there are three bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet and a balcony. Under the house is a cellar.

The plot is 960 m2 and there is the garage and a shed on which a 10 KW solar panel system is installed.

Felsoszentmárton is a medium-sized town in southwestern Hungary. Located 1.5 km from the river Drava and 20-25 km from the larger towns of Barcs and Szigetvár where you can do all the better shopping, but also go to a swimming pool (also thermal bath), to a restaurant, a terrace etc. For golf enthusiasts there is the beautiful golf course of Hence at 40 km.
