The house offers you a lot of space (no less than 125 m2). There are the living room, four bedrooms, the kitchen, the bathroom and a separate toilet.

The house was renovated in 2022. Then work was done on the outside, the electricity and water pipes were (partly) renewed and the windows were renewed.

Selly is a medium-sized town with almost 3,000 inhabitants. In Selly you can do your shopping, go out for dinner, or have a drink on a terrace. There are several shops, a bank, school and a (thermal) swimming pool in Selly. At a 20 km there is the larger city of Szigetvár.
