Each apartment has a room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. The renovation is still in progress.

The three wine cellars on one location is quite special. Are located on the hill and offering you a beautiful view from there. This can become a great location for celebrations and parties, wine tastings etc.

Plot is 2,200 m2 and runs up the hill.

Electricity, gas and water are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The apartments can be centrally heated (on gas). Telephone and/or Internet is no problem.

Egerszalók is known for the wine area en the thermal water that flows straight from the limestone here. Before the water enters the pools, it runs along the limestone and there the mineral precipitates, which gives a shiny surface. The hill is therefore also called the 'Salt Hill' and is fairly unique. Visitors from all over the world come to Egerszalók to see it and, of course, to take a bath.

The beautiful city of Eger, known for its castle and basilica, is only 5 km away and the beautiful centre is well worth a visit.
