The house offers two parts. The second part was built in 1981. You may rent out here. Consists of 4 rooms, the kitchen, bathroom with pantry and the summer kitchen. Some things have to be renovated, but the house and certainly the location make it worth it. House has been empty for a few years, but it has been well taken care of during that time.

The plot is 1,000 m2 and in the garden the garage and a cellar. Also many trees.

Electricity (also 380V), gas and water are available. For drainage there is a connection to the sewerage system. The house can be heated with gas convectors and/or wood stoves. Internet and/or connecting the phone is no problem.

Mikófalva is a village located between Eger and Szilvásvárad. About 800 inhabitants living here and you can do your daily shopping in the village. For the larger purchases, you can go to Szilvásvárad or Eger. Szilvásvárad is known for its horses and you can also enjoy hiking in the mountains. The city of Eger is definitely worth a visit. There you will find all the major retail chains, but also a pleasant centre. The castle and the basilica are definitely worth a visit.
From Mikófalva you are in 15-20 minutes in Bükkszék and there a very nice swimming pool.
